This romantic comedy features a man who symbolizes the era when the
Japanese economy was bursting (1986-1991): an elite dentist in a white coat by day, and a cool saxophone player by night. The lighthearted film stars Junichi Ishida, who was the face of trendy drama at the time, and depicts his love life with five beautiful women, including Honami Suzuki and Kumiko Takeda. Morita's witty lines, reminiscent of a New Yorker short story collection, are gems. This film was planned as a simultaneous screening of "BAKAYARO2!”, and produced with the sense of a "B-side of a record."
